Originally from Dilkon, AZ, I have worked with Winslow in varying positions since 1995.  I'm extremely thankful for the opportunity to witness and contribute to the impressive strides WIHCC has made over the years. I've been more fortunate to work alongside some wonderful, intelligent and innovative colleagues, all in the pursuit of improving and expanding patient care services. 

Changes are constantly occurring in health care and in the world of nursing. To successfully navigate these changes, leaders are needed to guide us through. We recognize that every nurse is a leader, therefore we must strive to provide the highest quality and safest care we can for our patients, our families, and our communities. As such, we expect high degrees of professionalism, integrity, accountability, cultural competence, and critical thinking skills from our nursing staff.
