On Thursday, November 02, 2017 at 8:45AM, WIHCC announced a Code Silver Emergency in the Urgent Care Area of the Medical Office Building. Code Silver is announced when there is an incident involving a weapon. Winslow Police Department was immediately notified and responded along with the Arizona DPS. All patients and staff were escorted to a safe location away from incident. A single individual was detained and arrested by Winslow PD. There were no reported injuries to any patients or staff members. At 9:10 AM, the CEO, Sally Pete, cleared the Code Silver emergency. We value the safety and security of staff.
