It is the policy of the Winslow Indian Health Care Center (WIHCC) to obtain competitive proposals where possible on all product and services used by WIHCC. RFP are displayed on any applicable web sites, including but not limited to the WIHCC website and news publications.  All proposals received are evaluated on the basis of quality, service, and compliance with specifications, price, and Indian preference.
