Fall Festivities and Turkey Trots!
Come join us for Fall Festivity Events and Fun Run/Walk 3K Turkey Trots scheduled throughout the month of November.
These are FREE events and EVERYONE is welcome to participate!!
Incentives will be provided to Turkey Trot participants. They will also be entered in our drawing to WIN a FREE Turkey!!
The scheduled Fall Festivity Events (Nov. 7th ; Nov. 14th ; and Nov. 21st ) will include: Healthy Holiday Recipes, Fitness Evaluations, Flu Shots, Blood Glucose Screening, and Meet & Greet with WIHCC Navajo Tradition Medicine Practitioner.
The 1st Fall Festivity and Turkey Trot will take place this Thursday at Tolani Lake Chapter House.

The Hozhoogo Iina Wellness Center is encouraging all staff and patients to incorporate yoga into their fitness regimens. Yoga practice is an ideal way to improve the quality of life, as it enhances both the physical and psychological well-being. The purpose of yoga is to enhance and maintain the health of the physical body while creating calmness in the mind, which uses the breath as the link.
At the Hozhoogo Iina Wellness Center we provide yoga to our participants every Wednesday. There are (2) times available each Wednesday, they are 11:30 Chair Yoga (30mins) and 5:15 Yoga (1 hour). Our “FAB-U-LOUS” instructor is Ann Schmidt.
