Appointments:
- Call (928) 289 - 6224 or stop by the clinic to make an appointment
- Patients needing an urgent eye exam, due to injuries, infections, pain, flashes of light and/or sudden vision loss, will be seen as walk-ins
- Eyeglass prescriptions will not be provided during urgent eye visits
- Eligible adults can get glasses here once every two years
- Eligible children can get glasses here once a year
- Our optical suppliers will replace a broken frame once, if it is less than a year old
- We can adjust your glasses for you, and replace screws and/or nose pads
- We do not replace scratched lenses
- Since we do not provide contact lens fitting services, we cannot give you a contact lens prescription
Care Tips:
- Clean your glasses by washing them with dishwashing detergent and rubbing with your fingers, rinse them, then dry with a clean cloth.
- Do not place your glasses with the lenses down on a table or other surfaces as it will scratch them.
- Do not leave your glasses sitting in a hot car since both the frame and the lenses can warp.
No patient under the age of eighteen (18) will be seen unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
