Welcome to the Physical Therapy Department!
The Physical Therapy Department at Winslow Indian Health Care Center and Dilkon Medical Center is dedicated to providing compassionate, culturally aware, and evidence-based care to the Native American communities of northern Arizona.
Our mission is to help you regain mobility, reduce pain, and restore physical function so you can return to the activities that matter most in your life. Whether you are recovering from an injury, surgery, or managing a chronic condition, our licensed physical therapists are here to guide you every step of the way.

What We Do
Our experienced physical therapy team offers personalized treatment plans and hands-on care to address a wide range of physical concerns. Services include:
  • Orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Pain management and injury prevention
  • Therapeutic exercise and movement training
  • Manual therapy and soft tissue techniques
  • Balance and gait training
  • Patient education and self-care strategies
  • Sports rehabilitation
  • Fall prevention programs
  • Collaborative care with primary care, orthopedic, and specialty providers​

Common Injuries and Conditions We Treat
Our clinics routinely treat a wide range of musculoskeletal and functional conditions, including:
  • Low back pain and sciatica
  • Neck pain and whiplash
  • Rotator cuff injuries and frozen shoulder
  • Knee injuries (ACL tears, meniscus injuries, arthritis)
