Health Fairs and 5k Run/Walk Series

We are exactly a week away to kick starting the Health Fairs and 5K Run/Walk Series.  HPDP is collaborating with Navajo Nation Health Education Program (NHEP) to host several Health Fairs throughout WIHCC’s Service Area. We are dedicated to promoting and creating awareness on the Syphilis/STIs and STD outbreak on the Navajo Nation.

Following each health fair in the month of February, HPDP will be hosting a Heart Health 5K Run/Walk Series in honor of American Heart Month, which will begin at 5:00pm MST.

All departments, programs, organizations and other entities are welcome to attend as we can all provide health education to our communities.  If interested in setting up a booth contact either, Adriana Kinlecheenie at adriana.kinlecheenie@wihcc.org/ 928-289-8045, or Arveda Yazzie at arveda.yazzie@wihcc.org/ 928-289-6164.  Please indicate the name of your topic and what department, program, organization and/or entity you are representing.  We hope to see you there!
