Notifying the Public of Rights under Title VI and ADA
Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Inc.
Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Inc. operates its programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin or disability in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA).  Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with the Winslow Indian Health Care Center, Inc.

*  Mandated Navajo language curriculum began in 1984, and this included learning how to speak, read and write Navajo. Therefore, patients who attended school on the Navajo Reservation before 1984 may not be familiar with reading Navajo but are fluent Navajo speakers. Therefore, if you need to talk to a transportation staff member who fluent in Navajo, please call Carolyn Tso at 928-289-6281.
